Sve poručene pakete šaljemo u roku od 9 radnih dana nakon potvrde porudžbine. Procenjeno vreme isporuke na Vašu adresu zavisi od zemlje destinacije i carinskih procedura u Vašoj zemlji, što povremeno može izazvati kašnjenja koja su van naše kontrole.

Kupac je u obavezi da nam dostavi tačne podatke za isporuku proizvoda (ime i prezime, punu adresu za dostavu, kontakt mobilni telefon i e-mail adresu). Ukoliko Kupac dostavi netačne ili nepotpune podatke, ne možemo snositi odgovornost za probleme prilikom isporuke ili preuzimanja poručenih proizvoda. Ukoliko se proizvodi vrate na našu adresu kao neisporučeni, takođe ćemo imati pravo da kupcu naplatimo troškove neuspele isporuke robe prilikom narednog pokušaja dostave.

Nećemo biti odgovorni ukoliko je isporuka paketa sprečena okolnostima koje su van naše kontrole, kao što su zatvaranje granica, štrajkovi dostavnih službi, pandemija i slično. Imajte u vidu da NE POKRIVAMO dodatne obaveze kao što su porezi, takse i drugi troškovi koji mogu nastati prilikom carinjenja u Vašoj zemlji. OVE TROŠKOVE snosi isključivo kupac i oni NISU UKLJUČENI U CENU koju plaćate na ovom sajtu.

Trošak dostave snosi kupac, osim u slučaju da kupac dobije oštećen ili pogrešan artikal. Ukoliko je kupac napravio grešku prilikom kupovine artikla, snosi troškove dostave kurirske službe prilikom vraćanja artikla.

Prilikom preuzimanja paketa, kupac je u obavezi da proveri kvalitet i stanje isporučene robe.
Ukoliko postoje vidljiva oštećenja na paketu u vidu pocepanih delova ili udubljenja, Kupac je u obavezi da zatraži otvaranje paketa u prisustvu kurira. Ukoliko se tom prilikom utvrdi da su proizvodi oštećeni, sastavlja se zapisnik o reklamaciji.

Ukoliko iz bilo kog razloga želite da vratite primljenu porudžbinu, imate mogućnost da to učinite u roku od 14 dana. Ne prihvatamo povraćaj ukoliko je prvobitno poručeni artikal već nošen, pa je obavezno da artikal vratite kao NOV i NEOŠTEĆEN, u stanju u kom je isporučen, u originalnom pakovanju, sa svim etiketama i deklaracijama koje ste dobili prilikom prijema.

We dispatch all ordered packages within 9 working days after the order confirmation. The estimated delivery time to your address depends on the destination country and the customs procedures in your country, which may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

The customer is obliged to provide us with the exact information for delivery of the products (name and surname, full delivery address, contact mobile number and E-mail address). If the Customer provides incorrect or incomplete information, we cannot be held liable for problems in the delivery or taking over the ordered products. If the products are returned to our address as undelivered, we will also be entitled to charge the costs of failed delivery of the goods to the customer on the occasion of the next attempt of delivery.

We will not be responsible if the delivery of the packages is prevented by circumstances that are beyond our control such as closing of borders, strikes at shipping companies, pandemic, etc. Keep in mind that we DO NOT cover additional obligations such as taxes, fees and other charges that may be incurred during customs clearance in your country. THESE COSTS are borne exclusively by the customer and they are NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE you pay on this website.

The cost of delivery is covered by the customer, unless the customer receives damaged or wrong items. If the customer has made an error while purchasing the item, they cover the delivery expenses of the courier service when sending the item back.

When taking over the packages, the customer is obliged to check the quality and condition of the delivered goods.
If there are visible damages on the package in the form of torn parts or dents, the Customer is obliged to request the opening of the package in the presence of the courier. If it is established on that occasion that the products are damaged, a claim report shall be made.

If for any reason you wish to return your received order, you have the opportunity to do it within 14 days. We don’t accept returns if the item initially ordered has already been worn, so it is mandatory that you return the item as NEW and UNDAMAGED as it has been delivered and in its original packaging with all labels and declarations you received upon arrival.
